Short project description:
To build the brand's competitiveness and expand the managment on international markets, the company Zoe Fashion ltd has joined the project „Developing Zoe Leggings brand on international market“ to present its products on FIBO 2019 – world's biggest fitness&wellness fair that was held in Koln from April 4th to April 7th 2019. Bringing Zoe to FIBO has resulted with higher brand awareness, new buyers and new markets.
To have a clear picture of what the future might bring when launching Zoe on new markets, the company has conducted the research of Scandinavian market. The analysis should provide the data on potential market share. The conducted research will show if there is interest for other Zoe products such as swimsuit, cosmetics, accessories etc.
Zoe has presented it's products on FIBO and it has engaged many prominent people from fitness industry as brand ambassadors so that it would create a special bond between the customer and the brand. During the performance on FIBO; the company board members have held business meetings with potential buyers. These meetings have opened new markets and gave the company a bigger picture on products that are in demand in fitness industry.
